Group Together - Social meet up

Do you want to meet new people but find it difficult in social situations? Do you sometimes feel anxious or insecure? Would you like to meet like minded people in a safe and relaxed environment?

'Group together' is a new group for people with mild learning disabilities, Autism, Social anxiety or struggles with mental health, where you can meet up and make new friends.

Group together is free to attend and will be held at The Birdcage every 2nd Monday of the month from 7-9pm
